    If you become a reseller, does that mean that you are responsible to answer the questions and complaints of the people you sell to, or does your hosting company take care of those?

    I dont think you have to deal with the customers, but I find it helpful to keep in touch with them to upsell design services to them.

    As far as i know, you will be dealing with customer since the hosting company only offers you the server. If anything happens server wise, then company will take care of the problem. You will be the messenger.
