MAMP. Local and remote server
Hi,
I have the MAMP installed on my local computer and also in the remote server. I have linux acct. I want to start with a "simple" database-table with the form results coming from the contact webform on my site. Should I do all the phpmyAdmin work on my local computer and in the remote server too? Or working in just one of them is enough? Or I can choose which server will I attend for PHP works, if my local server or the remote one?
My goal, repeat, is to to make a database which collect all the information entered by the visitors on the contact webform (which must be in PHP I guess...). I want a table where every column matches the respective values of the form (name, email, comments, etc.)
Any suggestions? In Which chapters should pay more attention learn regarding PHP training? I use Dreamweaver CS5 on Mac OS 10.6.4.
Thx a lot for your patience.
