    Default server damage

What happens if your hosting company's physical servers were damaged, say in an earthquake? Could you lose all your data?

You should looks for hosting company that have "Disaster Recovery Backups" feature.
    Disaster Recovery Backups

We have prepared extensive disaster recovery plans in the event of any potential event. One of the important components of such plans is the ability to restore data. Therefore all customer and corporate data is backed up regularly and is shipped off-site. For Exchange customers who have Email retention and compliance requirements, we offer the Microsoft FrontBridge solution (also known as Microsoft EHS) which provides a full and extensive archiving solution. And for those Exchange customers who want to create a simple backup of their mailbox, there are multiple export features available both through our Control Panel and through Microsoft Outlook 2010.
