Where to Find hosting informating (Host name, Port, ETC)

Hello I am new to using this web hosting service and want to know where do I find the Host name and Port number..I tryed to find it on the control panel, but no luck.

What hosting plans you use? do you want to use FTP?
if so then this link might help you;
http://myhosting.com/kb/FTP_Client_setup
Host name: ftp.yourdomainname.com or use your IP (If your domain name is not pointing to myhosting name servers yet)
Port: 21
username: Use your own username
password: Use your own password.
