Oncloud server

What is oncloud server? I was told that all new sign ups go automatically for this server, right? Long time ago I guess I might have received an invitation to move my domain to the oncloud server but unfortunately I was not able to take care enough of the site and I prefered to just leave the site as it was.

I don't see any explanation of what is oncloud server. Anybody can give me orientation? An what is the difference with my current "traditional" server?

We recently changed our control panel from myhosting classic to Cloud, which all new clients are being set up on. We're looking to migrate - hopefully soon all clients will be on cloud - until then, we're operating on both platforms.
