For curiosity's sake, why do you even bother advertising 24/7 chat support when you don't seem to offer it?
1. Your live chat links go to a sales only chat window. And EVERY time I've tried to use it it's been offline and required me to leave a message that's returned hours later. The ability to leave a message does NOT qualify as 24/7 support. And I'd call instead except your last phone support rep was almost impossible to understand and gave me incorrect information.
2. I've only been able to find your actual technical support chat once so far. Where the heck is the link for that on the contact and support pages? Why do you make it so difficult to contact you when someone actually needs support? This is starting to get ridiculous, and I don't even have a full account set up as ordered yet (hence why I need to speak to technical support -- preferably someone who knows what they're talking about this time).
