Plesk Sitebuilder

Hello,

Can anyone here tell me if the Plesk Sitebuilder is included in my hosting basic subscription?

On the other hand, I was able to avail the said sitebuilder and made my website except at the publishing part which sa "AUTHORIZATION FAILED".

I've looked for some solutions and found out that my FTP userid and password are not match with the publisher which require me to go to publisher settings which after almost 2 days now searching for that settings I could not find.

I just need a quick and clear response for me to move on. Appreciate for your help.
