blog length + SEO

Do certain blog lengths work better for SEO? Is a shorter or longer average blog length best for getting your site ranked higher on search engine lists?

I would say the more unique content the better. And don't put too many keywords. Just create good content with keyword used once or twice max. The rest should be backlinks.
