    Default It;s a crime to violate Terms and Conditions?

    I was shocked to read that it's a misdemeanor, and could someday soon become a felony, to violate a company's Terms and Conditions--for example, to lie about your age on an online profile if the company's T+C's states that all personal info must be truthful.
