Default ftp question: how to set up a different home directory for an ftp user?

I have just setup windows 2008 VPS hosting. I want to setup a different home directory for one particular ftp user. I've emailed with support but seems not getting my question answered. This is doable in IIS? Or I need to install other ftp server?

    thanks.

    swunk, thanks for the reply.

My hosting is windows developer VPS, I think Pleak is not included. How can I set up myself via IIS?

Technical support is keep give me this link Creating a New FTP Site in IIS 7 : FTP 7 for IIS 7 : Publishing Content to Web Sites : The Official Microsoft IIS Site, which is not answering my questions.

    Thanks.
