Any webpage you visit unless secured with SSL can technically track what you do while you're on that page.

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypts the connection between your browser and the website. The website you visit can still track what you do.
Saving a webpage into your bookmarks doesn't increase your risk, because web servers aren't normally notified when you create a bookmark in your browser.
If you're worried about websites tracking you... delete cookies when you're done.

Bookmarking a website in your web browser simply saves the URL in your web browser. The web site or page isn't notified of your action.
However, if you use a 3rd-party bookmarking service such as Delicious.com, then who knows what they do behind the scenes.
