We have Plesk 10.4 and I can successfully login to the server as a user I defined is:

Subscriptions >> 'FQDN' >> Websites & Domains >> Web Hosting Access
This user can successfully become the admin user 'su admin', however neither this user or admin are members of the sudoers file. Plus neither user can 'su root' or issue a command like:

su -c "echo '$user ALL=(ALL) ALL' >> /etc/sudoers"
I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue we have with qmail however, I can't even use tail on the maillog without getting a permission denied error.

I'm sure I've missed a basic step here, can someone point me in the right direction.

Thanks!
