Can't see my files

Ok, I signed up with for a vps a few days ago and I'm now just getting around to trying to set my site up. So I created a domain, moved my files over to the httpdocs directory (I'm assuming that's the root folder for the site) and am trying to access the site via the ip address. I currently already have a website (nothingbutchess.com) hosted with godaddy and obviously don't want to just transfer my domain until I can confirm that everything works. Currently, there's a index.php file in the httpdocs directory. However, when I navigate to my site using the ip address, I get the myhosting default page. You can check it out yourself. I'd like to set everything up, set up the databases, confirm everything is working then go through the process of updating my domain so that it points to myhosting. Then I can get rid of my expensive dedicated host. Anybody know why my index.php file is not showing up? I tried putting a dummy index.html file in the same httpdocs directory. No dice. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm not presently seeing any page appear and am getting a timeout page. Has your issue changed since this post?

Try running traceroute.
