What's the best way to figure out which link on your website is broken?

A quick way to check for broken links is the w3c validator link checker

    W3C Link Checker

Will check all links on your site including links to images, css, javascript, redirects, etc... and report back with header status codes

I`m agree W3C Link Checker is a great tools, alternatively you can also use a software such as Xenu. Xenu is fast, multi-threaded, can be set to ignore certain types of links, works well on a large site with a large number of outgoing links and/or internal links, as you choose. It generates a report as an html page which makes it useful for editing/repairing your site once it locates the broken links.
Find broken links on your site with Xenu's Link Sleuth (TM)
