    Default using H1, H2, etc. tags

    When designing a website, how do you know when to use the tags H1, H2, and so on with HTML? Are there any set rules, or is it a matter of preference?

    The <h1> to <h6> tags are used to define HTML headings.

    <h1> defines the most important heading. <h6> defines the least important heading.
