    Can any one help me to find out a shopping cart systems that work with Authorize.Net?

    I believe most eCommerce applications include methods to connect with authorize.net. I know for sure zencart supports this. See their tutorial at: Zen Cart(tm) Tutorials and FAQs - How to set up the Authorize.net AIM payment module

    Authorize.NET is very popular, I'd be surprised if there was a leading eCommerce/Shopping Cart app that didn't support it. I would suggest finding a solution that works best for you, and then pick your payment processor/gateway afterward? It doesn't matter if your cart supports it if it can't do what you want, right?
