How to sign up as a Myhosting Reseller?

I am puzzled at the question. I followed a link from Myhosting.com to SoftCom

I wanted to sign up as a Exchange Hosting reseller, but I cannot seem to find any link to sign up.

Is there any special procedure to sign up?
