It looks like WikiLeakes is hard up for money. It says it can't raise money b/c it's been blacklisted by the government. What do you expect for its future?

I don't know how did they get the docs but i believe the docs are true, because of goverments' attentions and actions. All goverments cutted of Wikileaks' money source.
