I have a feeling the recommendations will mostly involve the industry policing itself. They might not want to introduce a whole new set of laws at this time.
Yeah, but it's that voluntary aspect that has some people doubting whether the bill will work. For some reason, some people don't trust that large online companies will honor people's "do not track me" requests.
