    Has anyone ever been banned from Facebook? It seems like there would be good cause in some cases: for instance, people who send horrible comments to people grieving loved ones, which happens from time to time.

    Yes i`ve heard about people banned from facebook, We should follow their TOS for avoiding it happens.
