Does anyone feel there are any major drawbacks to online shopping? I know a few people who swear that shopping at stores in person is better.
I like to be able to see and touch merchandise before buying it. Still, I must say that I haven't had any bad luck when it comes to the quality of the products I've bought online.
I just bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 from Future Shop, and the box arrived totally crushed. I wished I would have bought it in the store.

i do most of my shopping online and love it. most things you can buy online without seeing it in person, however for clothes i usually go to the physical store and see it , try it, etc and then if i like it i will go online i find the best deal on it and i'll know the exact sizes etc.
