    Default snoeshoeing, X-country skiing, etc.

Does anyone have experience with slow winter sports, like cross-country skiing and snoeshoeing? What's your favorite of these kinds of winter sports?

Snowshoeing is great for just enjoying the scenery. If you want a workout, you can't beat cross-country skiing.
