Very Bad experience with web host web tropia

Hi everyone! I just want to share my bad experience with webtropia. Recently I just bought I should have bought 1 month, and try them out. Now I cannot return money back. If you have a minimum contract period of 6 month, so it is not possible to give the server back till this date is reached.
I agreed to 1 month penalty, but they won't refund.

The problem with my VPS is I can't access my server. I don't have any password!They must call me for me to know the password. I've been trying to call them almost 4 weeks but still no return calls, I evern emailed them still no answers from them.I'm stuck with this useless VPS!
Please if you're planning to use their service or products please avoid them. You don't want to end like my very awful experience.
