Twitter doesn't have an online forum, so I thought I would try here.

What do these blue check marks mean?

Hi Shane,

Any account with a blue verified badge on their Twitter profile is a verified account, It means that the person you are following is certified/official and it's who they claim to be.

I never got an email notification when you replied, even though I'm subscribed to this thread. Weird.

I've tried hovering over the blue check-mark, but it highlights the entire line (name, check-mark, and @username).

I'm still not getting email notifications.
