    Default Butt Flex!

Sounds funny, but it's actually good to flex your butt while you sit down, raising yourself a bit off your seat. Super simple and you don't even need to get up!

    Default eye exercises

it's easy to suffer from eye strain from staring at a computer all day long so you should take regular breaks to stare across the room and then roll your eyes in your head.

    Default shoulders

Your shoulders actually have some of the bigger muscles in your body, so they can also carry more stress. bend your arm back behind your head and hold each for 10 seconds throughout the day.

place hands at end of chair, scoot feet out a bit from the chair and then work your triceps by lowering your bottom towards the ground and then slowing lifting yourself up.

The best thing to do for desk-bound workers is to flex their calves every few minutes, stretch their legs under the desk every now and again, stretch their back every half an hour or so, and get up and walk around for a minute or two every hour.

I've also heard using a full water bottle as a dumbell works, too.
