Now that you can search for jobs on Facebook, I was wondering what you all felt was the best site on the web for searching for a new job. SimplyHired? I still love Craigslist, by the way.

I'd say oDesk. I've already established my reputation there and employers and contractors have a trust on me already. When they look at my profile, they can see good feedback and rating and that's a good thing on my part since they evaluate service providers through it. Feedback and rating speak your attitude in working and also your skills.
