    Default Form Email

I need to create a form that will email the recipient with various information. I haven't done this in ASP before. Does anyone have any examples of a simple form / CGI I can use on myhosting.com? Also, what is the SMTP server name? Thanks!

I can't help you with programming, but there are free sites and some that charge fees that will let you create forms to use on your website... That may be something to consider in the future if you run into issues with programming or just need a quick fix while you get things set up...

do you mean that you want to create a form (like a contact form) that a site visitor fills out and then can submit to you without actually getting your contact information? that's what i gathered from your question but i'm not sure i'm right.

If that's what you're looking for there are a lot of free and paid services that you can use to do it. I also believe you can use html coding to do that kind of thing, but I'm not sure if that's an ancient art form or not

    Default depends on form type

All depends on the form type you wish to create. But I would definitely suggest doing it as a structured code to prevent your text from looking funky across email servers and whatnot.

    Default build a list

complement your e-mail form send-outs by building a prospect contact list.
