    Default cacheing pages

What's the easiest way to cache pages when you're using Internet Explorer? And how can you make these cache files permanent if you choose to do so?

i think explorer automatically caches pages for a period time…should be i your preferences/properties…sorry i made the change over to a mac and dont remember exactly.

Internet Explorer caches visited content in the Temporary Internet Files folder to allow quicker access (or offline access) to previously visited pages.

You can change cache settings in Internet Explorer that change how temporary Internet files are used to improve browsing performance.

You can easily copy the cache directory and then paste it to another folder
On Windows XP, the cache is usually located at %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

    Lightbulb History

You can specify how many days pages are kept in the cache:

Change how long webpage history is kept in Internet Explorer

    There is no "permanent" option.
