I just wanted to toss out a quick public thank you to the MyHosting/SoftCom customer support. I joined the other day and the setup went well, but there was a slight network/ip issue that resulted in a bunch of bounced emails. Needless to say it made me really nervous, joining a new company and having an issue like that.
However, after a few emails/calls I got a theory about what was going on, tossed the support crew another email, and in just a few hours the issue was completely 100% solved.
It always makes me nervous having to bug tech support like that, but they were kind and incredibly professional in the emails/calls.
