    Do you think it's true that adding a live chat feature to your business website can help boost your sales?

    I don't know if it would mean a big increase, but sure, I think this kind of feature helps.

    I am sure live chat boost sales. 2 years back i was asking same question with forum members and my friends who run online business through websites.
