Are there any testimonials on your business site that you're especially proud of? Do you find there are certain kinds of customers who provide the best testimonials?
I think the best testimonials are from experts in the field, or fellow professionals. They don't have to be long, either: short and to the point testimonials are often the most compelling.
i agree, when a known figure provides a positive testimonial this raises your credibility and trust factor
