Does anyone use chat software on their site? I'd love to see what kind you use and how you integrate the chat feature into your site.

I've set up CoffeeCup Live Chat for a client. The software is buggy and difficult to use.

I suggest Comm100 live chat software, which is FREE and hosted. You can use it easily while keeping your own style. Just sign up, get the chat code and paste it onto your web pages, then you can start chatting with your website visitors. Try the following click for more information: comm100.com/livechat
