    Default free e-book

Does anyone include a free e-book as part of their site's content? I've heard these can be great for attracting people to your site, but they must be a lot of work to put together!

E-books don't necessarily have to be that much work. They can be short, and you can repackage material you've already written in an e-book format.

Yeah, you can just take an instructional manual you've already written and call it an e-book!

I think a great and fresh content on your site is more useful for attracting visitor rather than an e-book

when you create the ebook make sure you link back to your website and contact info. the ebook is generally used as a viral marketing tactic if the content is desirable enough.
