    Has anyone ever used Google Maps to create their own personalized map of a city or town? This sounds like a fun project to work on.

    Yes it's a good project to work on, You can build a directions map for your business and share your map with others.

    We already did. We had a tech monitoring system and basic we have a small widget where it displays a map of a certain area using google maps.
