    Default running your own customer support

    For all you resellers out there, do you offer your own customer support sysem? How does it work? Do you have people email you, or do you have a special phone line set up?

    Add live chat to your website. Let visitors communicate with you as they browse your product.

    Don't miss having the option to outsource too. Quick question, as a reseller, are you also giving them training materials?
