Does anyone here have a thriving community of wiki writers on their business site? How do you encourage more people to write wikis for you?

You should add contribution block on your Wiki page to help people share their knowledge, Here's the example;

If the content does not exist, you'll first need to create an account to contribute. Accounts can be created at our User Management site. Your account will also work on our Forums, Ideas Site and Status Blog.
