One more question here. Since I might have to work on making multiple sites in the near future, I was wondering what the quickest amount of time was that you ever completed a business-related site. Any time-saving tips?

Go with what you know. If you have experience with Wordpress or Joomla or whatever, use that. Familiarity is very convenient, and reduces stress.
