Can't send email from Webmail

Hi,

I'm working with Linux VPS, CP: Plesk, Webmail: Horde.

Email receiving is fine, but I can't send via Horde.

How to fix it? thanks

SMTP for virtual server;
All outbound traffic must go through the smtp.vps.myhosting.com server.

But it's webmail, where to set SMTP?

BTW, I set Outlook as this SMTP, but it says "error 421: can't connect to SMTP server: 168.144.1.236:25".
