FTP times out

I am trying to upload Joomla file by file.

Thing is, that after 400 or 500 files have been uploaded, FTP just times out. This didn't happen with my first domain, but it is happening now with other domains. There are errors, as far as I can see, but Plesk has warned about bandwidth going red.

When FTP times out, the page TouristDb.com cannot be accessed, and it takes a while before the IP can be pinged.

Any ideas?

Check your domain disk and traffic limits

-max_traffic 	<MB/Month> 	limits the amount of traffic for a domain (-1 is unlimited)
