This is a common problem when you attempt to create a bunch of LiveIDs from a single IP address - which is how you appear to the system when behind a router or firewall in a corporate location. The block is done to prevent abuse, but it does present problems for situations like yours. You can create your LiveIDs from other connected locations, perhaps from home via your ISP as long as you are not looking to create dozens of them. Stephen Boots MVP
