My Bing bar's not showing up anymore b/c of Error 200. Any advice?

Error code:THE MSN TOOLBAR HAS ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR. PLEASE CLOSE ALL BROWSER WINDOWS AND START THE BROWSER AGAIN (error code:200)

Try this: Turn off you browser and then restart it (press the red X in the upper right corner and then click on the browser icon again to start it). Sounds pretty easy.
