Angry How to contact upper management

Does anyone know how to contact the upper management of this company?

We have been with myhosting.com since December and it's been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE from the beginning! There are so many support departments, and it's clear that they don't communicate with each other at all and our server issues have been going on for months and months and months now.

The amount of downtime we've experience is just phenomenal.

I keep begging to speak with someone that can actually figure out what's going on and support us in getting the issues resolved, but I keep getting ignored and given the run around.

For a short while we had a rep by the name of Modestos that was really great and he actually returned my phone calls and seemed like he cared about our experience. But then he moved to another position and we were given a guy by the name of Chris H and he won't respond to any of my phone calls or e-mails. I've asked in SEVERAL (at least half a dozen tickets) to be put in touch with someone who can help us out, but each and EVERY time I ask I am ignored.

We have been in the websites business for 15 years and have used many hosting companies, and this is the worst organization we've ever seen.

I need to know how to get a hold of upper management so I can see if somebody in the company cares about the customer experience enough to work out the ongoing issues with our server.

Does anyone know how I can reach a top level manager to discuss this? It seems that all the phone numbers and ticket systems were created so that you can't reach top management... so I thought maybe I'd post here... does anyone have any suggestions??

Thanks for helping me try to get to somebody there that can help us out! I just called into the sales line hoping they could direct me, and they also said they submitted a ticket to see if someone could help us out. So between the two of you, I hope to get some more support around our ongoing issues.

    Thanks for your support!

I hear your pain, I bought a VPS last Sunday, still have no email, ftp, domains fail at everyturn. Lost count of the emails back and forth.

All I want is someone to login to my account and just make it work, after all, I am paying for a service and just not getting it.

Sadly as I have transfered my DNS I am locked in now for 45 days, at this rate my business will be off line for that time!!

so depressed with the lack of help

    Hi Samhayward,

I`m sorry to hear that you are having problems with your VPS, have you tried to contact them at support@myhosting.com, or by phone at 1-866-289-5091?
BTW, i`ll submit your problem to myhosting staff. I hope that they will help you as soon as possible.

    Cheers

You can't contact them. It "violate company policy."

Find another hosting company that doesn't outsource.

    Hi Sam,

I've looked up your account and do not see any issues with it. If you want to host your domain name and email on your VPS you just need to point your nameservers to ns1.myhosting.com and ns2.myhosting.com . You can ask your registrar for instructions on how to do that as it would be managed inside their control panel.

What you are describing sounds like you tried to change your registrar from 123-reg.co.uk to myhosting and in that case, there is a 45 day hold because the domain was just registered on May 15, 2011. When a .co.uk domain is registered, you must wait 45 days before the domain registration services can be transferred to another provider.
