Lost connection to MySQL server during query
Hi there,
My settings:
Windows Professional with Lunix subsite.
I have the wordpress site in there:
Club de Mamás – Expert@s en niñ@s
So, the problem is that i need to upload a new php site in there, so i created a new database, make my connections and uploaded the site un a new folder:
http://blog.clubdemamas.com/clubdeMamas2009/
But the following message appers:
"Lost connection to MySQL server during query"
I don´t know where to star.
The directory has to to with it? Any clue where i can start?
I´ll apreciatte your help.
Thanks,

Solved: "Lost connection to MySQL server during query"
Dear Birge,
Let me tell you that I found the way to make my clients site worked and I want to share it with the community. I know that for experienced programmers this should sound silly and very basic. As I designer this is kind of messy. So, that´s why I want to share with everybody how I got it.
Background:
My settings:
Windows Professional with Lunix subsite.
I have the wordpress site in there:
Club de Mamás – Expert@s en niñ@s
So, the problem is that i need to upload a new php site in there, so i created a new database, make my connections and uploaded the site un a new folder:
Club de M@ms
But the following message appers:
"Lost connection to MySQL server during query"
How I figurate out?
I entered into the WordPress directory and I opened the configuration file. Then I replied the settings and… it worked!
The problem was that I used in the server field: blog.clubdemamas.com instead of localhost. That was it.
To me, as designer is not really clear why that happen? Am I must specify a hole address like: Club de Mamás – Expert@s en niñ@s
Thanks,
I hope that my experience could put some light in other´s people’s path.
