    Angry Can't Setup Alias

I'm having difficulty trying to set up a domain name alias. I've been having trouble for a few years now.

The cycle is always the same:
    1. I set up an alias though Control Panel
    2. I receive an email confirmation.
    3. After a few days of nothing happening, I contact support, asking how much longer it will be.
    4. Support now denies that I set up the alias in the first place.
    5. I send them the a copy of the confirmation, proving that I set up the alias.
    6. Support asks me to set up the alias again.
    7. I set up the alias again.
    8. I receive an email confirmation (again).
    9. After a few days of nothing happening, I contact support, asking how much longer it will be.
    10. Support denies that I set up the alias in the first place, and I go through the cycle a few more times from the beginning.
    11. I receive an email confirmation (I think Support eventually sets up the alias manually).
    12. The alias is partially set up. The alias beginning with http:// works, but the alias beginning with http://www doesn't.
    13. I contact Support about the problem, and they tell me that I didn't set it up properly.
    14. I try to get details on exactly how I didn't set it up properly. However, by this time, another support personnel is working on my case, and has decided to fix the problem.
The cycle of events is always the same. The case number for the current cycle is OYK-226062.

If someone, anyone, could set up the alias for me, I would appreciate it. Also, I would appreciate not having to go through the exact series of events every time I try to set up an alias.

    Shane.

    Did nobody ever answer this?

I recommend that every post be answered in some way.
