    Default FTP to sites problems

For over two weeks my wife has had someone in Alaska designing her site and trying to upload files to her account via FTP keeps getting permission denied they are running on the cloud version. 2 nights ago I wanted to upload a gallery to my site using Fetch on a mac and have the same problem permission denied im on classic I have not changed anything. I cannot even delete a image off my site files again permission denied. I have contacted support in the last two weeks for my wife's site and also mine. No Solution.
Anybody else having the same issues? I do not want to upload one image at a time through the file manager takes forever. When i have a folder full of images. Thanks

    Hi There,

Can you send your Ticket IDs from Customer Support, so we can have a look and see what was already suggested, so we don't try to duplicate the same efforts?

    Thanks!

I've had our team take a look and FTP appears to be working on both of your accounts. I understand there was an issue with passive FTP on your first account. The second account you mentioned in the ticket doesn't appear to have any issues.

The second account is hosted on our new onCloud platform however which operates differently than your first one. In order to ftp files, be sure you are in the /webspace/httpdocs or /webspace/httpsdocs folders (for http and https access respectively). You will not be able to FTP to the root folder, nor /webspace.
