    Angry mail2web.com Popups

    Greetings,

I'm trying to read my mail at mail2web.com, but I'm being barraged by popups in Spanish. Does anyone know what's going on? I've never had this problem before.

    Thanks,
    Shane.

    Hi Shane,

We don't run any kind of pop-up ads on mail2web.com. Is it possible that it could be some malware or adware on your computer? Does the same problem happen when you try from a different computer?

may you please provide a screenshot of your desktop that shows the pop- ups, we'll have a better chance of figuring out what's going on.

    Cheers,
    Mel

    Red face Pop-ups

A virus scan didn't find anything. I rebooted my computer, and now I'm not getting popup windows anymore.

I don't know what it was, but it's gone now. But thanks for your replies.

    Default Daily scans

I thought it was annoying at first since my computer runs a bit slower during a scan, but I now do daily whole-computer scans to make sure!

How long does a whole-computer scan take each day? If not too long then it might be something I'd want to try as well.

    Default AntiVirus

It depends on which AntiVirus program you use.

I never thought of doing a whole-computer scan every day, but it makes sense. After all, you shower every day!
