Changing my DNS records

I just won domains through NameJet and I can't change my Nameserver records??

I go to dns management and I cannot change anything. Please fix this problem immediately.

Thanks for the tip on calling!! I just called on a Saturday afternoon, got an answer within 2 minutes, and am expecting an email regarding login information to change my DNS records. Thanks!!
