    What backup options do I have for my myhosting.com account other than FTP?

    The File Manager tool available in your control panel (http://support.myhosting.com) offers a "Zip & Download" feature which works very well in this regard. If you place a check in the Select All checkbox and click Zip & Download it will create a zip file of your site content and offer the download.

    I'd never heard of Zip and Download before, but it sounds like an easy and convenient feature. Sometimes backup's a pain.
