    Default ActiveSync installation

    I made an error: I connected my smartphone to my computer before I installed ActiveSync, and found out later you're not supposed to do this. Am I in trouble now?

    you should be fine. Personally, i prefer just entering the Activesync settings manually. Depending on your device its never usually too difficult.
