FTP users and Linux sub accounts

Hi

Yesterday I created an additional FTP user but have a slight problem. This user can only access the Windows server of my Premium account.

Is there a way to get this user access to the Linux sub-domain?

If you have a Premium or Professional plan, you can follow these steps to navigate to the FTP manager for your Windows Site:

1. Log in at https://support.myhosting.com[/*:m:wlfrjrjx]
2. Click on Site Management[/*:m:wlfrjrjx]
3. Click on FTP[/*:m:wlfrjrjx]
4. Click on Add FTP User and follow the steps there.[/*:m:wlfrjrjx]

Please note that this FTP user will only be able to access your Windows site.

To Manage all aspects of your Free Linux site included with your plan, you can click on Site Management and then Linux Account. Note, there is no way to add additional Linux FTP users at this time. But why not suggest it at http://ideas.myhosting.com?
